Parcel not delivered

Hello Peter. I have ordered 2 phones from X Gadgets online shop on the 23rd of May, the phones were to be delivered on Thursday same week I payed for them including the delivery but I haven't got them. When I text them my texts are being ignored I even asked for a tracking number so that the delivery company can assist me but I got no response. The guys number is *** and *** is linked to his Capitec bank account.
