Talk about excellence .Thanks to X-Computer my machine is up and running . Upon contacting X computers, response was swift and my machine was attended to.I received it the following day after thorough inspection had been made and not only was it fixed but it looked brand new. I was really impressed, I was told in layman's terms what was wrong and how it was fixed.Advise on how to further manage risk and ensure my machine doesn't experience a similar fate in the long run was shared.
