Wynn-With Milk Farm- Delictual conduct -

I bought the milk at the Super Spa in Evaton , the milk that was bought had not expiry date on the packet/container, i called and complained at the company on how could they allow milk to be dispatched from they company and have it delivered and put peoples lives at risk especially with the current COVID19 situation.

They immediately sent the marketing consultant to have the situation resolved and all he did was take away the milk and said he will investigate what happened. he later accused me of possibly buying milk at the Somalian shop and possibly rubbed off the expiry date and that was before he went to the Super Spar to check the batch only to realize that i was right and there was more of the milk on the self without the expiry date and only 4 of them left, which i can only imagine how many have bought the other milk. he said that no one else complained and i was the only one who did and that was the last time i spoke to him.

the next day i got called by his manager saying that he is dealing with the complaint and will come to my place to apologize to my family, because my mother almost drank the milk by mist as she is short sighted and we have a 2 year old who has health issues. that was last week and nothing has been done about this, no other investigation in finding out who might have bought that milk and probably is ill wherever they are because people don't complain about bad service in the location hence this is why is taken lightly.

I called the company again, and the man who answered the phone wanted to ask what was to happen about my query, the same marketing consultant was in the office and refused to come to the phone saying he sent me a whatsapp message and that to him was an update. and i was not given an answer after wards and told i would be called back. the most annoying thing about this is that they kept asking me what do i want as if i didn't tell them already. people are already suffering from where i am coming from, and to commit such a delict and act like its no mater is a huge problem to me.

I am expecting someone who is able to have this attended to to take it seriously and please dont handle it like the marketing manager who wanted to put the blame on some else and refuse to take ownership as his the rep of the company. and the manger who called not to make empty promises. i refuse to believe that if this was to have happen in more urban areas, it would have been neglected like this.

this my third attempt to communicating with the company. i have all the records of what happened in writing, voice recording and pictures and a business card of them man who came to my house. they even wanted to meet me somewhere to speak about this, and i refused. told them to come to my house as they did before.
