Wynberg Used Cars - not to be trusted

I had the misfortune of dealing with Wynberg Used Cars both as a buyer and a seller of vehicles. As a buyer I bought a Hyundai Terracan which had passed its road worthy test. I had to replace all 4 tyres soon after as none of them were actually able to be used. How did they get the road worthy? As a seller I had used this dealership to sell my Hyundai Tucson when I bought the Hyundai Terracan. The dealer was mostly evasive and bounced the settlement cheque he paid Wesbank to settle my contract. He had the vehicle on consignment. It was to be sold for R109,995. I spoke to the buyer recently who also had a terrible experience with this dealership. He in fact paid R130,000 in cash. I obviously never heard of this from the dealer. I was paid out the difference between the original Wesbank settlement quoted amount |(R79k) and the R109,995. Unfortunately, the dealer only settled Wesbank (R74k) a few months later when further instalments had gone through my bank as well as insurance costs. These have yet to be reimbursed. All in all I am ower R37k from the dealer but he will not respond to any form of communication.
