Disappointing and Unprofessional

Terrible service received by Randall. I app**** for vehicle finance with this guy and sent through all the necessary documents immediately. He informed me he would get back to me within the day. Despite numerous calls and emails from my side, he never got back to me. Even just to let me know if my application was declined. Each time I called in and spoke to him, he responded he would get back to me in a few minutes. That never happened.
