Wynand Naude Inc were assigned by Seeff properties to handle the sale & transfer of my house in 2015 . What an absolute nightmare. Ineffiicient, Lacking any transparency or ethic, constantly dragging their heels and appearing blatantly dishonest in their dealings with both the buyer and the seller. They told me they had hired a specialist to deal with City of Johannesburg however could never provide reference numbers as to their communication with CoJ. CoJ confirmed that they had never had a query re my account from this so called \specialist\" as they always log reference numbers. This \"specialist\" couldn't read an electricity meter and told me it was running backwards - then sent me a R7000 bill to install a new one which I clearly didn't need - I only needed someone who could actually do their job. Once I discovered this, Wynand Naude Inc tried to cover this up and make excuses, in the meantime they delayed the sale of my house by close to 5 months costing me thousands. They were never forthcoming with information. On behalf of the buyer they submitted the wrong papers and never told me, the seller - again delaying the sale of the house. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM if you have a choice. "
