Wynland Elektries BK,

I live in a rented flat in Strand, Western Cape. The owner contracted an electrical contractor to do maintenance. An electrician, (only known as Wimpie) employed by Wynland Elektries BK / Valco Trading cc, was sent to do the job. Some circuit breakers were switched on and off. After completing the job, Wimpie left without checking the circuit breakers. The circuit breaker that my fridge is connected to, was left off, resulting in the contents of the freezer going to waste. We have exhausted all avenues in an attempt to resolve this matter amicably, to no avail. The owner, Mr Frederick Pyper, ***, made promises that he didn't keep. He missed several appointments and eventually gave me the number for his employee, Wimpie ***. However, Wimpie does not answer his cellphone. Because of his negligence and unprofessional conduct, a month's groceries and meat has gone to waste. We made provision for Christmas and New year, but now we will have to make a plan to make sure we will not be sitting high and dry, with nothing to eat over Christmas.
