I saw them on Facebook. They sell ***boy boots online. The most beautiful boots for really great prices. I sent them an e-mail (***) on 20 June 2022 to request ETA of my order. They rep**** on 21 June 2022 from ***, and notified me that my order is in line for shipment. It will be shipped early July. Then I requested ETA on 18 July 2022 again. They rep**** on 19 July 2022, and said that my package was rejected by Customs due to Covid-19, and asked if it is in order if they refund my purchase. I rep**** immediately. I told them that I always order from Amazon.com and Shein.com and there are never any problems with customs and that they can send me the refund. Until today 28 July 2022, I have not heard from them again
