Wrong item

I ordered 8 items from this site. I have already received 6 and one is due on 7th of November. However, one item i.e. HT100E Intelligent Non-contact Pen Alarm AC Voltage Detector Meter was substitute by useless circuit tester. I contacted customer service, but they send to me some useless advice, their links are not working and I can't procced with formal complaint. Lack of any afford to rectify this issue. They are concerning about rating only. So far my rating is big "0". it seems like ****.
