Worst Service Ever

After almost 10 months of placing my order. Still I have not received my order. Not even a notification for refund. They basically jusy stole my money. Sending msg on Messenger and they do not respond. Only respond I get, it's to late for refund. WTH. No email address to complain to. Nothing. Wish is extremely bad.
