WORST EVER !!

I have ordered a necklace in October. On 1 November they sent me an email saying mg order was shipped and I can expect it between 1 Nov 202 - 25 Jan 2021. Today I saw my order was cancelled by them on 12 Dec, they did not notify me. It was a present for my husband now I have to wait 14 days for my money to be refunded to me and his birthday is this weekend. Wish is a **** and when you eventually get an order after 4 minths you get one part of it then wait another month for another part. The descriptions is also wrong you dont get what you order. I am very dissapointed.
