WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EXSISTANCE

The most ridiculously useless company in exsistence!!!!

My expected deliver date for my parcel 27 Jan 2018. Parcel arrives 15 November 2017, for which I receive ZERO communication and as such I do not know my parcel has arrive so they return my product to china and in the meantime I wait like an idiot for 3 months for my product and arrange appointments for my business for after the disclosed delivery date of my product!!!!

Now I loose business with 15 clients and will need to buy the product and the full retail price and wasted 3 months when I could have just done this to start with...

Thank you so much WISH for you disgusting customer service you guys are truly unbelievably useless and I hope you go out of business real soon
