Worst customer service ever

Worst service ever,ordered items a month ago they were scheduled to arrive on the 9th on the 9th they extended the arrival date, when i contact them they send automated responses to me.No one even tries contacting me properly i ask for a refund they dont want to refund me they keep sending me the automated responses. Even today i havent been refunded and the items are yet to arrive. I keep telling them i dont want the items anymore and want a refund but they keep extending the arrival date of the items.
