With Wish.com - Order and forget

Ordered 4 items from Wish. After months received one item. Not even a response about other items. Cannot trust this site to order items. Around the same time ordered an item from Alibaba. Received it and have been using the product for a long time while I have almost forgotten about the items ordered from Wish.
