WISH..THE WORST AND ************* SITE TO PURCHASE FROM.

I have ordered and paid for over a R1000.00 worth of items from wish in December 2019. I have only received 2 of these items. I have sent numerous emails, tried to con contact support and nothing!!. This morning I thought lets try again to contact someone, maybe someone now can give me an answer, only to get an automated response telling me that the refund window is closed. I was not trying to ask for a refund, I wanted my goods!!! I will NEVER purchase from WISH as they are set up in a way that you have no direct access in situations like this and no one to help you resolve your issues. I would advise anybody that would listen to steer clear from purchasing from this site....ALL I WANT IS TO KNOW IF MY GOODS WERE SEND AND WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?? BUT NO THE REFUND PERIOD HAS CLOSED!!!
