Wish/PayPal.

I have bought multiple items from Wish and paid for them using PayPal. Less than a third of the items I paid for have been delivered to me!! I was under the impression that as I was using PayPal, they would ensure that I received what I paid PayPal for. Surely the fact that I paid for my goods through PayPal, it would be their responsibility to make sure I get what I paid for! Please advise! LeRoi Willmore *** *** .
