Wishful thinking

My experience as a first time user at the beginning it was exciting an could not wait for my order.what was suppose to be 2weeks turn into 5weeks then 2months then 3months.i dont know if I should be more disappointed in the fact that I haven't received any proper response even thou I did all the required an neccessary things asked even went as far as tracking my items screenshoting it an showing them where it is now il admit with the covid 19 pandemic I understand there's a backlog but the least you can do is reply an tell me where I can go to fetch my things making it easier on the whichever deliver service they use.so aside from the reply but,changed dates with no real update an formal or solid response.Sounds scary right makes you think 5times before wanting to use the service I mean you know it not a **** because so.e others have recieved goods.WELL IF YOU THINK ALL THE ABOVE IS SCARY TRY GOING ON TO THE HELLOPETER SITE LOOKING UP WISH COMPLAINTS AN SEE IF THEY EVER RESPONDED TO ANY CUSTOMER....

My opinion it's the first an the last I will use wish I was told ali baba is alot better.Its been 52days an still nothing.
