Wish.com -Wish I never met them!

Worst online shopping experience ever! the products are of a very poor quality, that is of course, when you actually receive the products you ordered. only 2 of the 6 products I ordered ever arrived. Their app, that is the go-to place, has no information on the status of the delivery, and it has now been 3 months later ... I'm now trying to get my money refunded, but am told that I have passed the 30 day refund window, from date of delivery!!! I have not received anything so their "delivery date" does not apply. No-one at the institution is willing to help, you only get what they can't do -typical!
