WISH.COM *****ing my refund money!

Items purchased never arrived ( ordered 6months ago ) refund never made. Refund was requested and converted into Wish Cash to use on the website and my whole order history was cleared and nothing was refunded into my account or into my wish cash. Contacted Support three times and no response to date. I want my money back WISH.COM !
