I bought online and waited a very long time for delivery. I thought it was delayed because of covid, but when I eventually enquired, this was their response:

"As you may know, customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. While you may have contacted us initially within this timeframe, we required additional information from you in order to investigate your request. As we did not hear from you within the allocated timeframe, we are no longer able to offer you a refund."
