Wish.com review

On the 8th of July 2020 I purchased a cellphone through the wish.com app. I was however notified that the order was going to be delivered by the 6th of October. I am told that is how long it takes to get your order. I then was sent a tracking number and within a few days I could track my parcel. On the 24th of July I noticed that the parcel had arrived in South Africa. To cut a long story short I never received my phone. Today (13th October ) I had to claim for a refund with a heavy heart. Their customer service was good though but I'm just sad that I never got my phone which i desperately need.
