Wish.com refund (****)

Order is long past due date .When trying to contact support it does not give you the option to ask for support and refund .It just goes through tracking and says package will arrive in next 5 days ,but already more than that past delivery date. Then it ask if it was helpful no matter what you say it just jumps to continue shopping. Also trying to contact support using "About item" the item does not appear in the list. Tried contacting on other ways like account issues ,they say contact them in transactions , but you cant ...And so it goes round and round Thing wish is becoming a ****
