Wish.com - Pathetic to say the least

I ordered a remote control car of R500 in September 2019 along with some other things. I received everything in December but not the car, they asked me whether I received it and I rep**** NO! Today when I asked about they said that the 30 day window for a refund has expired???? So the item is stuck somewhere in China and I'm not getting a cent back!
