Wish.com Pathetic service. Stay away

I ordered items from wish, on the wish system it stated delivery date as "Expected by 14 Jan 2020" By March i have not received my parcel. The response from wish was that the time period for a refund expired and wish could therefor not help me....Thats it, No attempt to even assist in tracing my parcel, i received no notifications that my parcel was ready for collection at all, The Tracking number on my (now ex) wish profile means nothing. It tells you your item left china...thats it, from there the tracking number helps you nothing as same does not even show up on the SA Post office parcel tracking service. furthermore there is no way to contact the seller via wish...so i lost my money and i lost my parcel. Pathetic service...NEVER AGAIN
