Wish.com order

I made an order at Wish.com in on the 1st of February and up until now I haven't receive my order, it was expected to arrive in May but till today. My ticket have been closed to check the status and even for a refund, and no one is telling me a straight answer even when I send them an e-mail as to where my package is.
