Wish.com leaves you WISHing for your items you pay for

So I ordered clothes from Wish.com last year October or so and Wish.com failed to deliver my items and failed to give me a refund as they have a '30 day policy' okay but hear me out, it takes roughly 2-3 months for Wish.com to deliver my items any given time, so by the time i actually receive me item if i even do...I am not applicable for a refund? Im sorry Wish.com I actually spent money on those items and i then messaged you guys to say i had not received anything and i ordered LAST YEAR what does Wish.com say? sorry cant help you we have a 30 day policy, listen whenever you buy off wish you are not getting quality clothing guess they dont care about their customers, very shocking how you guys can fail to deliver me my products and NOT INFORM ME then when i actually remembered to look through my wish history i see wow a few items i never received and was never informed or offered a refund, appalling, and rather disgusting they're probably doing this to more than one person.
