Wish.com is TERRIBLE!!

I waited 4 months for an intricate 3d fairy mould. Today I received a tiny, flat butterfly mould way below the value of what I purchased. And you can't reach anyone at Wish to complain. The Customer Service just goes in loops and ends nowhere. Really furious about this!
