Wish.com is pathetic

Bought 12 items from wish.com Cancelled 3 items which I received my refund. I received 4 items that I purchased even though it arrived late... The 4 other items were lost in transit... 1 item is in a place I can not even pronounce and mind you I am in South Africa.... They are useless and a waste of time and money. They don't want to replace or refund me even though it was not my fault they say the time period for requesting refund has lapsed...

Their support team is a waste
