Wish.com is messed up!!!

Placed an order back in 2020. To be exact 02/04/2020. And as yet, today is the 25th of April 2021. No delivery yet. Can not refund. Can not get a hold of anyone. Its 1 big ****!!!! Will never refer anone to them!
