wish.com is going to ruin my wedding

I am beyond stressed out! I placed an order with Wish for a wedding gown... as I am having a small intimate wedding and didnt see why I should hire or spend alot of money. Delivery date was set for the 16th of June, and my wedding is 14th July... It says the parcel has been delivered on my app however I received nothing, and now that i am trying to get hold of this ***in people, I keep getting automated responses with the same **** telling me to wait until the 14th / 16th July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
