Wish.com is bad news.

Ive ordered an item for wish onthe 15th of Jan 2021. My maximum delivery date was 15th of Mar 2021. Its now the 6th of april and i still have not recieved the item. Its been in south africa form the 2nd of feb 2021. Now after contacting them they say they cant do anything. They dont know who the delivery partner is. And that they cant see wherethe parcel is on their side. They cant provide me with details where the parcel is that i can phone and find out. They dont want to give me a refund,as it shows on their system that its on delivery. Their policy states that if the parcel is not delivered by the 15th of march 2021. They will give a full refund. The last responce i had was i must wait and see if it is delivered between 15 may and 15 june 2021. PLEASE DONT BUY FORM WISH.COM AS THEY OVERRIDE THEIR OWN POLICY AND ARE *****S. THE WAY I SEE IT IM NOT GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW AFTER I ASKED FOR MY REFUND. AND STILL NO FEEDBACK.
