I placed an order last year in November and to date I have not received my order. I contacted the support team to issue me my refund as their latest delivery date was 8 February. They are refusing to refund me. They say once an item is shipped, it cannot be refunded until it is delivered. This is not what they wrote on their refund policy. Their refund policy stated that one is entitled to get a refund should the order not be delivered by the latest delivery date and claimed within 30days from the latest delivery date

My advice to you is don't trust wish with your money. Don't fall for the trap of money back guarantee as they will play games when you try to refund until the refund period has elapsed then they will tell you tou are not eligible to a refund
