wish.com is a ****

I purchased things from wish last year, kept on telling me to be patient and changed the delivery date it is I have not received my goods and refuse to give me a refund. They are a total ****. There is absolutely no where to call or email to speak to and actual person everything is automated. Very unhappy. I will never make the mistake of buying from them. I lost quiet a bit of money!!!!!
