Wish.com is a rip-off

Do they deliver in SA?I have 5 orders they failed to deliver.They ask you to wait a little longer as they might still be in transit.When the wait expires,the refund time also expires.You don't get your parcel or your money back.If you're lucky you get wish cash, which is pointless because they still won't deliver whatever you buy.What's sad is these are different shops that deliver, represented by wish. So all the companies do not deliver
