Wish.com failure to refund me on returned goods

I purchased goods from Wish.com in 2020, upon delivery of goods I was not happy with the quality, then returned goods with the courier immediately with the hope of getting Amy money back. I sent them a message explaining my reason for returning the goods, and they asked me for the order numbers which I provided and they promised to cone back to me. They did not and I sent multiple followup messages to them claiming my refund of over R3000 but still have not received it.
