Wish.com doesn't care about shipping reliability

Wish.com seriously doesn't care about the reliability of their shipping. Their website creates the impression to a first time buyer that items get couriered to you which is a lie. Wish.com has used my country's postal service which is so unreliable and items have been known to disappear because of blatant theft. Secondly one only receives certain items after months of waiting and the rest of the items don't come at all. One can't track many of the shipments because they do not have tracking numbers. What's worse is that my post office requires a tracking number in order for me to get a parcel. What kind of a shipping service doesn't use tracking numbers? That is utterly ***** and puts the reliability of Wish.com and it's shipping partners as questionable. I will not buy a single thing off the wish.com website again until I have received all of the items I ordered 4 MONTHS AGO. In fact I think I should look to other shopping websites because it feels like Wish.com has ****** my money and is not very apologetic about it.
