Wish.com does not deliver the products you pay for.

Very bad experience with wish.com. I purchased an item over two years ago and still have not received it. COVID had a lot to do with the initial delay but to date i have still not received my purchase despite my continuous letters and emails nothing happened. I am just always told that the refund window is closed for this purchase. I just want what i paid for.
