Wish.com cancel my order!!

I have a order which was placed yesterday how ever I didn't order it, I'm not sure if my child played wit my phone or wat but it was just yesterday, I see an about of r450 purchased from my account as soon as I get paid it's gna b debited I try to cancel the order it says I can't cz it's to late how the hell if it was jus yesterday, I saw the purchase today that's how I knew, I just want my money an account not to be debited and the order to be canceled
