Wish.com - Bad Worst Service Ever

If I could give zero stars I will do that.

I have placed an order on wish in May. Expected delivery time was mid June. Every time when I trace my parcel the goal post of delivery time is extended even more and my delivery time is almost end of September.

I am in email correspondence and they every time copy and paste their excuses. I have pointed out numerous times that according to the detail I can see on my package it is in the city where I stay so the covid excuse is untrue.

I have asked them repeatedly to contact the local courier but they do not put effort iñ my message. Copy and paste is easier.

So if you want service rather buy on Bid or Buy as I have also placed an order in June this year and received my package in less than 14 days.

So if you get an response from either, Sherwin, Jose Jerome, Rhoma Jelyn do not get happy and do not spend your time effort or data to get decent customer service.
