Wish.com - A *****elent enterprise!! Be careful and stay away!!

Wish.com is the most terrible and pathetic online shopping service provider I have encountered. Ordered an item on the 3 May 2020, delivery date was meant to be 21 June 2020 which by itself is an indication of how slow things work in their operations. Then they changed the date to 26 June and now 11 July. I have paid for the items in full and I have yet to recieve it.

It seems that the goal posts are always moving and my product will never be delivered. This is the first time I have experienced such inefficiency and incompetence from an online delivery shopping service provider…Never again!

As for their online customer support it's a bigger joke. Just automated responses with no option for a individual customized query. When you send an email, the assistance and response only get worse. It seems everyone I dealt with has yet to grow a brain. I sent their details with my query and get contradicting responses from the agents. Haven't a clue!!

They are just aweful in every sense!

sadly it seems that they are trading as a legitimate but *****elent enterprise swindling individuals out of their money and not delivery the products that has been paid for.

Be careful and stay away!!
