I purchased 3 items from Wish on the online app, never received my items, after I tried contacting someone to enquire about it, all I got every time was a computer-generated assistant called Alex with the same option questions and feedback, I then received a message that my items will be refunded and was refunded but I never received the refund in my bank account. So I lost all that money.
