WISH - WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FROM YOU

What a bunch of useless incompetence. I ordered wireless, rechargeable hair dryer, and got a piece of ****. False advertising. Not wireless, not rechargeable. Contacted the customer service department, and they have dragged their feet with this. I came back from holiday, and when I got back to work the parcel was there, however when the company had a burgarly at night, they found my parcel had been opened by the theives. So I can't give them a photo of the tracking number.

The worst is I have had at least 6 people try and communicate with me. Currently I feel Wish are a bunch of incompetence, and *******. It was defineity false advertising, they should just pay me back, I have uploaded a photo of the item numerous times, however they tell me it isn't good enough. Will NEVER buy from them again, totally disgusted in the staff and company
