Wish - what a total ****

I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service from Wish. I ordered items from Wish in June 2020 and was told that they arrived, but nothing had. I was then told to re-order items and paid again for more purchases. To date, i have not received any items from Wish. When I track my order, the system says it has been delivered to South Africa. Is this what happens? Do you guys just take our money over and over again without sending products. All I want is my products please. Very disgruntled. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
