Wish orders not delivered

I ordered few items on the app in April 2018 with a hope to receive my orders in two months time. Now checking on the app for my orders it tells me about the the refund and return policy which I'm puzzled on because I did not want to return or refund I only want my orders but I'm not getting any assistance from them.
