WISH ON LINE SHOPPING

hi there I would like to bring this to your attention do not buy from Wish online. I purchased 7 items in total in November which I was charged for they only delivered 2 items I was constantly following up and the due date for delivery was 03/01/2020, firstly almost 3 months is unacceptable, I still received nothing so I emailed their support which is most useless, they now tell me that they cannot refund me for my 5 items due to the fact that I have not requested within 30days yet for the past 2months that I have been constantly following up no one can tell me where the order is and if I will still get it or not. they refuse to give my refund these guys are *******, they cannot provide proper tracking and everytime I requested updated tracking I was given a bull**** story about international tracking is not always updated and that is utter nonsense I am in logistics and deal with international shipment on daily basis and always able to track where my shipment is. I want my refund. and people should please be aware of this kind of online shopping. they are dishonest, poor feedback, lack of communication, they charged me for 7 items but only delivered 2??????
