Wish not resolved my account my account is restricted

My wish account was unable to make purchases, I contacted wish assistants many times regarding payment issues not going through its been 5 months and the matter is not resolved I'm tired, either these people playing games this is so ********* and unprofessional, I sent my id photo for verification many times their response are limited to nothing, I feel so disappointed.
