WISH - Money gone!

So I ordered a few products on the app end of July. At first one of the products was due in 26th August 2020. When I went on the app again my order dates changed to November 2020. Okay cool. So I waited and November came, and now my order history is clear, no trace of my products, and no one at wish is willing to assits me. Note that I made payment the day I ordered the products. - it's been 4 Months now, I have not yet received my products and they stole money from me!
