Wish I wish I had never trusted your service

I ordered goods from wish in August, first order was to arrive in September it never did and they gave me excuses I accepted a refund. Other 2 orders were due to arrive on 8/Nov but until today no show really why would wish do this to customers?? Am so ****ed off with them
