Wish I never bought from them!

In South Africa, the people do not receive their purchases as our Post Office is ******* to the bone. My purchases come as far as the customs and then disappear I have lost thousands of Rands via Wish. They do have offices here in South Africa why do they not send it there and the customer can collect it. No, they make use of the Post office although they know you will not get your stuff. I also establish that they do not refund, they prolong with excuses and what ever that the customer eventually decline.
