Wish - disappointing

Wish the worst online store. I made a purchase in March 2020, till today I have not received my order. Today I sent them an email asking about my order, they sent me an email telling me that my order is lost. I asked them for a refund, they told me that I can’t get my money back because of the 30day refund policy. I am really lost for words... My advice don’t buy from wish.
